About us
Northwood Historic (NHLLC) is a neighborhood based, woman owned rental business offering tenants, especially OSU students, reasonably affordable, safe, pleasant rental options. They are managed in a more familial-based arrangement, potentially resulting in more positive rental experiences for tenants and landowner.
Property owner Xenia Palus manages five properties on East Northwood, which is part of the Northwood Park Historic District of Columbus, OH. She is also a resident and hosts meet-n-greets with all neighbors to foster community with district residents.
